New IRC Channel and Email

But why not encode the podcast in VBR instead of CBR?

I’ve thought about it, but ultimately I decided to stick with CBR because of compatibility. It frustrates the heck out of me, but there is still some software/hardware out there that doesn’t digest VBR very well.
Who knows though, maybe I’ll change my mind.
