I work for Charter Communications and I am sadden by this bash. I'm sure we didn't plan on the 36 hour outage. However, I do understand that being without the internet sucks. I myself being a gamer/programmer hates when my internet lags and or is completely out. I don't have outages all the time so I can't complain however any other ISP has the same chance to go down as well. Anyways I will quit rambling now. I’m sorry to hear about your outage.
